The Little Scaredy-Cat: Shadow Puppet Theatre with Guitar and Songs

About

A shadow puppet play told with figures, guitar and live singing, after the story by Elizabeth Shaw. Everyone calls Rudi the little scaredy-cat, because he is afraid of almost everything - until the day the fox comes into the rabbit village and takes little Ulli away, and Rudi grows beyond himself and shows how much courage he really has. It is a warm, funny story about courage, friendship and discovering what you are capable of, and the shadow figures and music carry it for children from about four years old. The performance lasts about an hour and takes place in the Gottfried-Benn-Bibliothek in Zehlendorf, a library with its own children's area, at Nentershäuser Platz 1. Admission is free, but places are limited and registration is required by phone on 030 90 299 5458 or by email. It is performed in German.
