NamaSlay – Yoga and Relaxation for Girls

NamaSlay is a weekly yoga and relaxation class for girls aged 10 to 15 at the MajasNest studio in Prenzlauer Berg, run in German. Each Friday session mixes yoga, stretching and breathing exercises, mindfulness and plenty of fun, and welcomes complete beginners as well as girls who have practised yoga before. The final 20 minutes are a grown-up-free zone, a protected space where the girls can chat, listen or simply relax together. The class is led by midwife Federica together with Lúthien (13).
