About
A one-week nature holiday programme for children aged 7-12 at the Ökowerk nature centre in the Grunewald, running Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 15:00 during the Berlin autumn holidays (19 to 30 October 2026). Each week two groups run, one for children aged 7-9 and one for 9-12, with a maximum of 16 children per group. Led by the centre's environmental-pedagogy team, the children explore the autumn wood on discovery tours and trips into the Grunewald, and there is plenty of time to build, craft, work with tools and play; the weekly theme sets the frame but the children's own wishes count. No hot lunch is provided, so children bring a lunchbox for the outdoor breakfast and lunch breaks, and indoor rooms are available if the weather turns bad. The contribution is €200 per week (€150 for Ökowerk members, €60 with a Berlin benefit pass / Berechtigungsnachweis),
