About
A hands-on space workshop for children from age 6 at the Archenhold-Sternwarte: what is a rover, what jobs does it do and how does it actually work? The group finds out by building one - together they construct a Mars rover from LEGO bricks and then test how well it drives in a race on a Mars-like test track. Inspired by real space missions, children see how these exploring robots are put together and get an insight into space travel and science. The workshop lasts 120 minutes. Tickets are €12, reduced €8; accompanying adults do not need a ticket unless they take part. Family tickets are sold at the box office.
