About
A two-morning puppet theatre workshop for four- to six-year-olds in Jugend im Museum's own workshop in Friedrichshain. Children cut, paint and glue their own gnome or fairy-tale figure from card, dowelling, paint and scraps of fur, take inspiration from the Alte Nationalgalerie, then mount the figure on a stick and try out how it moves. On the second morning they learn the basics of figure play and improvise a short scene together, which also builds fine motor skills and spoken expression. The course costs 27.50 EUR for both mornings and is led by theatre pedagogue Agnes Ehrig. Places are booked through the provider's own course page.
