Zero Waste Future Festival

The BSR's Zero Waste Future Festival takes over the NochMall in Berlin-Reinickendorf on Saturday 21 November 2026, during the European Week for Waste Reduction. Entry and all the hands-on and information stands are free. Workshops and stands cover repairing, reusing and wasting less: upcycling (turning old materials into something new, old glass with 'Bottleneck', homemade cosmetics with Karen Rose, sustainable Advent decorations with Ulla Pfund), a repair café where broken hairdryers, shavers and toasters are fixed, plus soldering and repair techniques with the repami network; food-saving workshops on kefir, lemonade and kombucha with Edible Alchemy, a smoothie bike with Restlos Glücklich, a drinking-water quiz and a 'Zero Waste Kids Supermarkt'. There is a hands-on stand for children from the Lernkollektiv, plus snacks, drinks, music and games.
