About
A weekly parent-and-child movement session in the Frauensporthalle in Marzahn, run by the local sports club Fit und Fun Marzahn. Children aged 2 to 8 take part with or without a parent: the hour uses music, games, dance and movement on gymnastics equipment and with small apparatus, and there is open space to run and let off steam. The aim is to give the youngest children a varied first taste of sport and to keep the joy of movement going. Parents who take part with their child need a family membership of the club. The hall sits in the FreizeitForum Marzahn, a short walk from Marzahn S-Bahn station, and the club also runs children's sports groups and family sessions there.
