About
Intensive painting and drawing courses in the school holidays at a small private art school in Friedenau, for children and teenagers from age 7 who enjoy drawing and painting and want to work on their own picture ideas. There are two autumn course weeks - Monday 19 to Friday 23 October and Monday 26 to Friday 30 October 2026 - each running 10:00 to 13:00. A course can be booked as three mornings (Monday to Wednesday, €166) or as five mornings (Monday to Friday, €270); materials are included and payment is by bank transfer in advance. Groups have 4 to 12 participants, so each child gets individual guidance, and the teaching languages are German and English. The work covers drawing, composition, colour theory and painting with artist-quality paints - it is a focused artistic course rather than holiday childcare, so the school asks families to send a few recent drawings or paintings before a first booking so it can check that the course suits the child. Sessions missed through illness can be made up in the following holidays.
