St Martin's Lantern Parade

Kreuzberg's ecumenical lantern parade, run together by the Christuskirche and the Evangelische Kirchengemeinde Kreuzberg. It sets off at 16:00 from the Admiralbrücke with bagpipes at the front and winds through the Graefekiez to the Zickenplatz at Hohenstaufenplatz, where the Martin story is played out and everyone sings the Martinslieder together. Martinshörnchen and Kinderpunsch are shared at the end. Bring a lantern and a cup. Free, no registration, and children of every age walk it with their families.
