Stories and fairy tales from around the world told live inside a real Mongolian yurt in the children's library, with the teller changing the voice, the pace and the pictures as the story goes, so an hour passes without anyone noticing. It is aimed at children from five and at the adults who bring them, and it is the closest thing Berlin has to sitting around a fire listening. Places are limited and have to be booked in advance: one adult may bring up to three children, adults are only let in with a child, and seats left empty ten minutes before the start are given away, so arrive early and cancel if you cannot come.
