About
Saturday tennis for children at the Treptower Teufel Tennis Club in Baumschulenweg: a Tennis Kindergarten group for children aged 5-6 at 09:00 and a Tennis School group for children aged 7-8 at 10:00, both weekly during the school term (no sessions during Berlin school holidays or on public holidays). Children start with simple games, child-friendly balls and lots of movement, so no previous experience is needed, and no own racket is required - the club lends child-friendly rackets and shoes. The club has six clay courts and plays outdoors in summer and in the indoor hall in winter. Training is booked by season and per child and is separate from club membership: guest children who are not members can take part as long as places are available and pay €150 for the summer season or €250 for the winter season, while club members pay €100 (summer) or €200 (winter). The grounds are at Köpenicker Landstraße 186 in Treptow, a few minutes from S-Bahn Baumschulenweg.
