Spanish-Language Singing, Dancing and Play Group for Children

About

MaMis en Movimiento e.V. is a Spanish-speaking parents' association that runs Spanish-language music courses for children across Berlin. Groups meet once a week, in seasons of 12 sessions (the current season runs 7 September - 12 December 2026). The Pankow groups meet at the Stadtteilzentrum Pankow, Schönholzer Straße 10 - Barfußraum on the ground floor - on Wednesdays: 16:10-16:55 for ages 1-3 (Iniciación musical), 17:05-17:50 for ages 4-6 (Exploración musical) and 18:00-18:45 for ages 7-9 (Música y movimiento). The whole session happens in Spanish - songs, rhythm and clapping games, first instruments, dance and movement - so children hear and use the language naturally, whatever their level. The association also runs the same programme in Wedding, Friedrichshain, Neukölln, Treptow, Prenzlauer Berg and Schöneberg; its course page lists every group with times and teachers. Around €100 per season plus a €30 yearly association membership; registration is required.
