About
BAUBAU is one of Berlin's most magical free activities for families — a dedicated play space designed by artist Kerstin Bratsch in the ground floor of the Gropius Bau. Colourful walls, imaginative structures and open-ended loose materials create a space where children direct everything. Playing, laughing, making noise and letting off steam are all actively encouraged. Running until 10 January 2027. Free but book your time slot ticket online in advance — tickets released every Monday at 12:00 for the coming week. Open Mon/Wed/Thu/Fri 12:00–18:00, Sat–Sun 10:00–18:00. Closed Tuesdays.
