About

A drop-in print workshop for families in the Käthe-Kollwitz-Museum, in the Theaterbau at Schloss Charlottenburg. Every first Sunday of the month the museum opens its print workshop: inspired by original prints by Käthe Kollwitz, participants try out a different printing technique each month. Next dates are Sunday 1 November 2026 (collagraphy – building up instead of cutting away, a relief-printing method) and Sunday 6 December 2026 (printed and celebrated – making cards with mixed techniques), both 12:00-15:00. It is a drop-in format: registration is possible on site from 11:00, just come by and bring some time. Children and young people under 18 have free museum admission and take part in the workshop at no cost; accompanying adults pay the reduced Kollwitz Sunday entry of €4, which includes the workshop. Adults are welcome to join in too. Recommended from age 8.
