Purzelbaum Children’s Theatre in the Theatre Tent

About

A mobile puppet theatre tent in Wilmersdorf, five minutes from Bundesplatz, playing picture-book adaptations with music, humour and a lot of joining in, recommended from about two years. Six productions rotate through the season: Das NEINhorn, Das NEINhorn und die SchLANGEWEILE, Furzipups der Knatterdrache, Furzipups und Lulu Lavazunge, Der kleine Ritter Kackebart and the Christmas show Furzipups – Oh, du furzige Weihnachtszeit. A different play runs most afternoons, so check the theatre's calendar for the day you want. Performances Wednesday to Friday at 16:30, Saturday at 14:00 and 16:30, Sunday at 11:00 and 16:30, from 21 October 2026 until 3 January 2027. Seats can be booked online (with a small online fee), reserved by phone or WhatsApp without the fee, or bought as remaining seats at the box office; the auditorium has children's chairs, padded seats and bench rows.
