Creative Workshop for Children

A weekly drop-in creative workshop for children aged 3 to 6 together with a parent or grandparent, in the FamilienGarten on the third floor of the BildungsHaus Blütezeit in Steglitz. Every Thursday has a new project - painting, crafts, folding, gluing, cutting or building - and the materials are provided. A childhood educator, Miriam Nestler, leads the session and children work on fine and gross motor skills, self-confidence and expression while parents pick up ideas to take home. The room is open from 15:00 to 17:00 and families can come and go within that time, but places and materials are limited, so please register online for the date you want. Costs: a 4.50 euro materials contribution per session, paid on site in cash or by PayPal, or an 18 euro card covering five sessions that can be used flexibly over the next ten dates; siblings pay 3 euro per session, or 7.50 euro for their own card.
