Object Theatre for Children

A clownesque object theatre piece for children from two to six, told with very little language: a sock, a bag, a few paper bags, a straw, a roll of tape and plenty of imagination are all it takes to set off on a journey of discovery. Lit by moon and stars, the performers turn everyday bits and pieces into a small world and explore what it means to arrive somewhere and to stay. The piece lasts about 40 minutes, moves a lot and speaks little, so it also suits children who are only just learning German or do not speak it yet. It plays twice on the Brotfabrik stage in Weißensee: on Sunday 1 November at 16:00, when tickets are 10 euros and 7 euros reduced, and on Monday 2 November at 10:00 as a Kita performance for 5 euros.
